RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHEN YOU PURCHASE GOODS FROM US, THE PURCHASE WILL BE SUBJECT TO CERTAIN LAWS INCLUDING THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW (“ACL”). THE ACL GIVES YOU CERTAIN RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED SUCH AS THAT THE GOODS ARE OF ACCEPTABLE QUALITY, REASONABLY FIT FOR THE PURPOSE AND ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ANY APPLICABLE DESCRIPTION.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS (OTHER THAN DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS)
OBEY OFFERS FREE RETURNS FOR AUSTRALIAN ORDERS. WE WILL HAPPILY EXCHANGE OR REFUND YOUR ITEM PROVIDED THE ITEM IS RETURNED WITHIN THE RETURN PERIOD AND THE ITEM AND ITS PACKAGING IS IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH THE ORIGINAL TAG ATTACHED.
FOR EXCHANGES - THE ITEM/S YOU MUST CHOOSE MUST BE OF EQUAL OR LESSER VALUE THAN YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE. WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE PARTIAL PAYMENTS FOR ITEMS THAT EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
PLEASE NOTE: FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO FACILITATE EXCHANGES SO WE SUGGEST RETURNING THE ITEMS YOU NO LONGER WANT AND PLACING A NEW ORDER.
ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS:
1) SEND US AN EMAIL WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER TO LET US KNOW YOUR PREFERENCE FOR EITHER EXCHANGE OR REFUND
3) PACKAGE AND POST YOUR RETURN AT AN AUSTRALIA POST OUTLET OR POST BOX AND PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL INVOICE WITH A NOTE EXPLAINING WHETHER YOU WERE AFTER A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
4) WHEN WE SEE THAT YOUR RETURN HAS DELIVERED TO OUR WAREHOUSE AND THIS SHOWS ON THE TRACKING ADVICE, WE WILL GO AHEAD AND PROCESS YOUR RETURN.
5) YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION ONCE YOUR EXCHANGE/REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PLACE ANY LABELS STICKERS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PARCEL (NOT DIRECTLY ON THE BOX). PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF STICKERS ARE STUCK DIRECTLY ON ANY PRODUCT PACKAGING AS ALL RETURNS NEED TO BE RECEIVED IN A RE-SELLABLE CONDITION.
ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURN BACK AT OUR WAREHOUSE, PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED TO US WITHIN A REASONABLE TIMEFRAME SUBJECT TO PROVIDING US WITH A PROOF OF PURCHASE OR ALTERNATIVELY WHERE WE HAVE DETAILS OF YOUR PURCHASE IN OUR RECORDS. WE WILL PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND FOR A MAJOR FAILURE. YOU ARE ALSO ENTITLED TO HAVE THE GOODS REPAIRED OR REPLACED IF THE GOODS FAIL TO BE OF ACCEPTABLE QUALITY AND THE FAILURE DOES NOT AMOUNT TO A MAJOR FAILURE.
** RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR FREE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS. IF A FREE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEM IS DEEMED FAULTY, WE WILL OFFER A SUITABLE REPLACEMENT.
